From innitial concept design, to snagging and 12 months warranty checks and everything in between, we will be your single point of contact to get the job done. We act as the employer's agent and project manager everything on your behalf. Yes, everythig. 

We do weekly site visits and manage all stakeholders for you, such as local council sign off, liaising with your neighbours on your behalf and engage with building control. 

You get weekly written board room level reports and are only responsible for realeasing payment on time. 

We can work on either an all in quotation or with a open book fee propposal.
